Tasting

Pleasure of the eyes : This golden champagne with coppery highlights forms an unctuous foam and a lively effervescence. The column of bubbles remains present for a long time.

Pleasure of the nose : At first the bouquet reveals floral notes and some fragrances of tangerine or lemon. Then a much more mature and complete range of fragrances develops with ripe fruit, notes of caramel or quince paste.

Pleasure of the palate : In the mouth this champagne reveals its full maturity with acacia honey, orange flowers and a perfect balance of smoothness and acidity.
