At first the bouquet reveals floral notes and some fragrances of tangerine or lemon. Then a much more mature and complete range of fragrances develops with ripe fruit, notes of caramel or quince paste.

In the mouth this champagne reveals its full maturity with acacia honey, orange flowers and a perfect balance of smoothness and acidity.
