Pleasure for the eye

This champagne offers a light yellow robe with very slightly pink highlights. The foam is white, delicate, with a regular column of pearled bubbles.

Pleasure of the nose

The bouquet is fruity, dominated by apricot and yellow peaches, but also more mature fragrances of grilled almonds, fresh walnuts and praline. A touch of baked sponge cake appears when the glass is shaken.

Pleasure of the palate

In the mouth the champagne is full of juicy fresh fruits, a taste of hazelnut appears, bringing with it a touch of grilled nuts at the finish.
