Pleasure for the eye

A beautiful shiny golden color is the adornment of this vintage. It is enhanced by a creamy effervescence and strings of very fine bubbles.

Pleasure of the nose

The aromas are ripe and accomplished. We perceive aromas of honey and dried flowers, scents of raisined fruit (raisin, dried apricot) and notes of candied lemon. Nuances of ripe wheat and shortbread bring a pastry and delicious note.

Pleasure of the palate

The attack on the palate is surprisingly fresh. The honeyed and candied impression is confirmed, supported by a beautiful liveliness which gives lightness to the whole. This tangy impression persists until the finish where the candied citrus fruits stand out.
