Pleasure for the eye

This champagne offers a light golden robe, delicately enhanced by yellow coppery highlights. Its presents a very regular effervescence: the bubbles are spread all around the edges of the glass. Its brilliance is perfect.

Pleasure of the nose

The bouquet offers fragrances of ripe fruit (reinette apples) and of plum jam, but also of dried herbs (lime)

Pleasure of the palate

A taste of honey begins to make itself felt with a touch of orange peel. The effervescence perceived at first rapidly gives way to a gentle impression of ripe fruit (mirabelle,greengage).
At the finish the wine remains gentle and suave with a note of baked sponge cake
